Pace offers CMAR services that benefit our clients by bringing us onto their team during the design process. Pace partners with our clients and their design team to complete cost studies and product material selection analysis, existing building and site analysis, constructability reviews, comprehensive scheduling, life cycle estimating, procurement planning, and existing utility location. Through these services, the vast majority of typical construction conflicts are eliminated.
Pace then solicits bids from pre-qualified subcontractors and prepares a Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal that gives the owner the benefit of our competitive bidding advantage, and we manage the construction of the project in the same high quality, professional manner as all of our projects.
